BOOKING FEE
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment booking which is redeemable against your service/treatment. Booking fee must be paid at-least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS
Please give 48 hours or more for cancellations. The booking fee can be transferred on to bookings rescheduled over 48 hours prior to your original booking time. If a cancellation occurs under the 48 hour period the booking fee will apply and will not be transferred on to future bookings.
If you no show to your appointment, the booking fee will apply and will not be transferred onto any future appointments that may be made.

A member of our team will contact you 5-7 days prior to your appointment time as an appointment reminder and to request any booking fees required. If you have any questions, or wish to alter your appointment booking you may also do so at this time. Booking Fees can be paid via over the phone,in Salon or Bank Transfer. No credit card details are kept on file.

LATE POLICY
If you expect to run late by more than 15 minutes, please give us a call. We will do our best to keep your booking on the same day of your original reservation according to our schedule or book you in for the next appointment available.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers purchased must be used within the expiry date.
Gift vouchers can not be refunded or exchanged for a cash alternative (change given).
We cannot take responsibility for any lost / damaged gift vouchers.

PRIVACY
We only have access to information that you voluntary give us to contact you for further information regarding your appointment.
We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Faiths Hair and Holistics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.

REFUNDS
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge if you dissatisfied with the service you received.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind on (after the service has been performed). You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date.
